Finally was able to go check it out, but at the time he was working with someone else and he felt bad, I think he talked to Steve and said I was coming in,, Greg had a few other suvs for me to look at if I didn't like the one he thought I would like,, I did look at the one, but wanted to see the Buick he was telling me about, as soon as Steve brought it around just looking at it I knew that was the one I wanted... I had a friend come to check out the suv for me. and test drive it, also. during this time, whenever Greg was in the room and would come over to see how I was doing. after test driving the Buick I was hoping I would be able to buy it, I wanted to make sure Greg got the credit for it.. Thank God it worked out and I was able to get it. After paper work ,Greg seen me at the window came over and took care of getting my suv ready. he had it parked out in front and I was so happy felt like a kid with a new toy... He was happy also as this was the suv he picked out and it was the one I took. the others were nice, but this was the one... he knew what I needed and found me the one....l Thanks so much Greg Roytman. Don't go by the car fax!! Spoke to salesman Sam Gray over the phone on a Friday, about a vehicle we had found online. Ask him if it had been wrecked or had any damage.. He told us he would look at it out in the parking lot. We had talked to him several times that day, told him we would be making the 5-6 hour drive that night and would be there first thing in the morning. Met there when they opened, he pulled the vehicle up, we test drove it, drove fine! We ask again if it had been wrecked mind you this is a 2015 with 10,000 miles on it. His reply was "you saw the car fax right"? Should have been our clue….. We bought the vehicle, got an hour down the road and noticed we had a headlight out. Called him he assured us it would be under warranty we could get it fixed anywhere. That Monday called a local dealership, made an appointment for the following Monday. The immediately called us and said it had been wrecked and was gonna cost around $4000. We called wanting to bring the vehicle back because we were totally lied too, they will NOT. After sometime they finally agreed to pay for the damage, didnt have it the whole month of December. It has been in the shop every month Jan, Feb, March and still April due to ongoing problems for the "wreck". Very poor business, do not know how they can have such a dealership and not be loyal to their customers. WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN. More

Quick and painless I had been shopping for a used truck for about 2 weeks. I thoroughly researched the truck I wanted and started shopping on line. I live in Cincinnati and after getting the normal run around from local dealers decided to give ricart a try. They have a great website, that made finding what I wanted very easy. I called them and we made the deal over the phone on a Friday night. The next afternoon i went to test drive the truck and finish the deal. Test drive included I was in and out of their in my new truck in less that an hour! I had my financing done through my own credit union before hand so that probably sped things up a little. My salesmen was Jesse Hernandez and he made my fast easy and painless. He knew what he was talking about and thoroughly explained the vehicle features and how to use them. More
