So we met with David on Saturday and he showed us what he found and he hit it right on the money. During the the whole process working with David it was enjoyable . Wonderful Salesman and Service! I purchased a 2013 Equinox a few weeks ago. The day I made the purchase it was sunny, so I did not turn on the windshield wipers. The saleman Brandon I purchased a 2013 Equinox a few weeks ago. The day I made the purchase it was sunny, so I did not turn on the windshield wipers. The saleman Brandon was as nice as he could be and only showed me what I asked to see. A couple weeks later, I found my back wiper did not work. I took it local and was told it had to go to the dealership because the blade was stuck in the plastic casing. I called Ricart. They got me in that day. They were polite, friendly, and fixed the problem. I was not charged. I was concerned because that problem should have been noticed when they completed their vehicle inspection. But I was a happy customer. I will be back! Also I noticed people complaining about the warranty. I also bought an extended warranty and was told that I would be responsible for a $100 deductible. That information was made clear to me from the beginning, so there will be no surprises when I have to use my warranty. Thank you for a great experience. More
