He followed up will a phone call after the purchase to make sure we were happy and let us know if we needed anything just call him. Other salesmen from other dealers couldn't even compare to the dedication Scott showed me at Ricart. Once we found my 2014 mustang, he took me to the accessories man named Chris who helped me choose what I wanted to add to the vehicle and also went out of his way to help me with decisions. They both knew my budget and respected that and help me accordingly. They even showed me a 3rd salesman mustang of the same year and even this 3rd salesman gave advice and tips about accessories on the mustang. Above and beyond My husband and I were in a serious pinch to find a new car because my SUV had just taken a turn for the worse and it was going to cost more to fix it My husband and I were in a serious pinch to find a new car because my SUV had just taken a turn for the worse and it was going to cost more to fix it than it was worth. Our dealer was Courtland Bullard and he was FANTASTIC! He made us feel so relaxed and helped calmed my nerves because I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to find a car in our price range with having to roll over negative equity from my SUV. It felt like we were dealing with a friend and not a stranger. He made a very stressful situation into a good experience.
