Disrespectful Spent hours looking at a vehicle, talking to Brian kimball, and test-driving the vehicle with two young kid in tow. Brian kept mentioning "talking numbers" but after hours of paperwork, he sent someone else over to do the negotiating for him. This man wouldn't budge on Internet list price. We were hoping to buy the vehicle but expected to be able to get it down a little bit. (After all, this is not a no-haggling car dealership). My kids were cranky, tried, and hungry and on the way out, I calmly told Brian I wished he would have been upfront with us rather than waste hours of our time. He replied to me, "you need to leave." It was entirely disrespectful from a man i had just spent hours talking to. So two-sided from a man who pretended to be friends with my children just minutes ago. I would highly recommend not visiting this dealership at all- I had read online that many of the salesmen were very rude, but this interaction was much more than that. If you do go, I highly recommend not working with Brian. More

I had my starter car for 11 years and was determined to find the perfect car to replace it. I knew the style I wanted and my price range and other details. The previous dealers I had visited didn't seem to listen to anything I said I wanted in a car, financing, etc. So I went to Ricart on a whim and was ready to put my foot down and make them listen to me. To my surprise, it was never necessary. Shawn Cottrill greeted me almost immediately and asked what I was interested in. He listened to the particular vehicle I was interested in and also showed me similar vehicles as we walked to the one I was interested in. He was never pushy or trying to talk me into anything I didn't want. He just asked questions and listened to exactly what I was looking for. He helped me every step of the way and was patient and answered all my questions and then some. I left with my new car pleasantly surprised at the entire experience and Shawns willingness to help me. I love my new car and I got a great deal on it as well. I'll recommend Ricart and Shawn to anyone I know looking to buy a car. More
