Not helpful. This information needs to be in the hands of the customer sooner. It's a sales ploy not to, I get it, but it does not help word-of-mouth when someone asks me how it went. Also in signing the document listing the final costs, he tried covering up the numbers with his forearm. C'mon, man. Beau seemed like a good guy, I liked him and he answered my questions well. I would have been as open to add the Total Care with a full explanation. I would have liked to have been better informed about the full extent of the Easy Care program. Still would have done it, but would have felt better about it with more info sooner. Scott did an excellent job setting up the visit. I saw the car online early this afternoon. BTW, the website is excellent, very easy to navigate. Scott answered my call. And, after we arrived at the Used Car Factory, we were in and out in 3 hours with a new (to us) car. More

He took notes about what we liked and didn't like and found us the vehicle perfect for what we wanted. He stayed late to make sure everything went well for the sale and paperwork. I left Ricart and looked at several other dealers in town, but I ended up coming back to Ricart. Dustin W. did a great job of letting me look on my own first. After I found the car that interested me, he helped me get through the process of testing, financing, and purchasing the car very smoothly. Even with the help of my spouse it becomes a push to make the decision to by a car he prefers and not me. When we pulled into the lot I was greeted by Tam and he asked what brought us out to the lot. I explained my credit situation and desire to move from a mommy mobile into a more stylish yet reliable and spacious vehicle. The first day we blindly looked at a few cars and Tam was very patient and knowledgeable about them all. I told him that I would be back in a few days to make a purchase. Long story short, in the process of our viewing the vehicles Tam was asking questions that would be important in the decision making process; such as family size, height of children and age etc. I called Tam before my next visit and told him of a couple of cars I saw online. He told me that he would have a couple that he would like me to see. I ended up purchasing one of the cars he recommended because it is stylish, has the Vrooom, a roomy back seat for my oldest son that is six foot tall (I brought him along for testing interior space), and a clean Car Fax record. I am very thankful for Tam's knowledge and patience. Because of him I had a great experience and own a car that I love with a monthly payment below what I expected! More
