The route allowed me to compare handling, acceleration, and braking in diverse situations. The people who cleaned the interior of the car could have done a bit more to remove all of the ashes from a previous owner/driver who smoked. More

Jeremy was very hospitable with allowing me to be picky and asking a bunch of questions. Both Brandon and Jeremy stayed after hours to help me purchase my truck. I also met with Chris Wright to help me add some things to my truck that I wanted at a very reasonable price and was very upfront with all the costs involved. Chris was extremely well-informed and knowledgeable on the products he presented. Brandon presented total numbers to me and explained everything thoroughly. He has a solid foundation of car knowledge and will help you understand the value of your car. Steve Holsinger, great personality - well done. Thanks for keeping us company and sharing that cool story of the now, 92 year old, World War II, American hero. Jeff, our "finance guy" thanks for taking the time to share with us the value of the extended warranty. I sincerely hope it did blow your mind when I wanted all the warranty money could buy. So, with 10,024 miles, I got a 2016 Kia Sedona; and not only was I able to resurrect the depreciation value from the dead. I did so by proverbially sleighing the elusive mystical dragon with the name, Peace of Mind, by unleashing that depreciation value, lost to some one else, towards buying 120,000 miles and 10 years of virtually, worry free car repairs. In the end, Jared, Steve, and Jeff assisted me in buying a Certified, USED, brand new 2016 Kia Sedona with 10024 miles with 120,000 miles and 10 years of warranty. If anyone wants to sit down and do the math - feel free, but the Ohio State Buckeyes, Ricart, Jared, Steve, Jeff, and my family, all won this past Saturday (9/17/2016). Great experience with this Ricart team, well done. I believe God blessed us all. More

Over & Above Experience I emailed Jeremy Kirk and Brandon Byrd that I was going to purchase the Santa Fe I had test drove the previous day and would be there late morning to I emailed Jeremy Kirk and Brandon Byrd that I was going to purchase the Santa Fe I had test drove the previous day and would be there late morning to do the paperwork. When they went to get the keys they discovered the car had gone to auction the previous evening. Jeremy called me with the bad news and suggested I come and test drive a similiar car. By the time I got the message, Brandon had already gotten permission from his GM to go get the car at the auction and bring it back for me to purchase! I arrived a few hours later and listened to my email for the first time having no idea what had transpired! Their efforts were over and above and greatly appreciated. Jeremy and Brandon will get our business when we buy our next car! More
