Poor detailing, parts missing Went to see a used Kia Sorento. The one I was shown did not suit my needs. Was told there were no others in my price range, but saw another posted tha Went to see a used Kia Sorento. The one I was shown did not suit my needs. Was told there were no others in my price range, but saw another posted that night on Autotrader. Made a second trip. Liked it. Agreed to purchase. Upon delivery, cargo cover and coin tray in console was missing. Salesperson said she'd look into it. Airbag light was on. Returned to dealership. Two open recalls on vehicle; that was a surprise since I was told 3 days earlier there were none. Service sept addressed airbag and recalls but did not locate cargo cover. Dealership claimed it was damaged, but it was. Fine when I checked it out on the test drive. Dealership refused to replace it, despite it being present in my test drive. Parts of interior door pillars and dashboard were very dirty after detailing. Generally pleased with salesperson, unhappy with detail dept and how company mishandled the missing parts. The best car buying experience ever Devin Michalak took pity on us because we did't have an appointment.(in 40 years of car buying I never had an appointment) He showed us the cars I had Devin Michalak took pity on us because we did't have an appointment.(in 40 years of car buying I never had an appointment) He showed us the cars I had researched on-line, and was very knowledgeable about all of them. I'm kind of a smart mouth, and I will let things fly without much thought. Devin usually had a comeback that showed his sense of humor matched ours. When it got down to the real business aspect of the deal, Devin was strictly professional and willing to work with us. We told him we felt we deserved a better deal than the first one he brought us, so he went back and got us one. Promises and Lies Ryan Six tried to give me higher interest loan, so I left and the next day when I went back with my own lower interest loan. Then Andrew Elford somehow beat my lower interest rate. Roy Duffey lied saying they were going to go lower the previous day. Why did they let me leave and go search for my own then.....Roy Duffey promised me a book to go with my vehicle said he could take it from another used van. Well then he said all of them were gone and he would send me one in mail, I called him a few times, he said he would send me one when he got one and I never did receive one. Lies, lies, lies. Also said they would wash and detail my van before I left the lot with it, they did not. I should have taken it back for them to do, but I just wanted out of there. Also he promised one other small item that he would take off another used vehicle there and that did not happen either. Stupidly when I signed the loan papers I also signed a paper that I received everything I was promised. I guess I should have checked the vehicle before I signed to make sure everything was there. Bad customer service, lol, and I trusted a salesman and a loan officer......................I also notice that the only reason he gave me a card to do a review was because I told him I would give him a good review. And I thought I was going to until the lies started. Now I wonder if this review will show up online...... More

Good overall dealership. I was not attacked as soon as I walked on to the lot. The truck was missing a few things that all Vehicles come with.(spare tire, jack, owners manual) I was not attacked as soon as I walked on to the lot. The sales rep got me a spare and Jack and is working on getting a owners manual and to see if there is a second key to the truck. But on the other side I was not told what I was getting on my trade in. I was disappointed at the amount. I thought it was worth more if the research I did and did not get the price for the new truck I thought I was getting. I would recommend that when they do the inspection on trade ins before they are put on the sales floor. That they inspect everything on the vehicle. Like the trailer plug/wire harness, to make sure that everything is working. I now have to take my new to me truck in for service to get the trailer plug/wire harness looked at. More

Very satisfied with our trip to Ricart!! Our son found several Ford F-150 pickup trucks for us to review online. The one most suited for us was listed at Ricart Used Car Factory. Our son made an appointment with Shawn C. and we traveled two hours to take a look at it. Shawn was very patient with us. The truck had everything we needed but was perhaps a bit more money than we had wanted to spend. After test driving the F-150 we walked the lot checking out other colors, other features, price tags, etc and Shawn never made us feel rushed. We decided to spend the money and the rest is history! The truck had a 4 inch crack in the windhield and Shawn said they would replace it. No hassle, no problems. We were very impressed with Shawn. He was patient, professional, helpful and considerate. We are very satisfied with our purchase and our experience at Ricart! More

So much fun! Dustin Warthman was the best. From the initial contact phone call to the signing on the dotted line. I already knew what I wanted and that's what I go Dustin Warthman was the best. He knew everything about the truck I selected and walked me through the features without hesitation. Roy Duffey went over and beyond in his suit to help me move my stuff from my old truck to the new one in the pouring rain. The experience I had will definitely bring me back again. Everyone in the building that passed by spoke or smiled. The energy of both Dustin and Roy and the environment is so strong and positive. Awesome Experience!! Karen G. I recently filed bankruptcy, which left me feeling very embarrassed and humiliated; and I needed to replace my car. I received a letter from Rick Joh I recently filed bankruptcy, which left me feeling very embarrassed and humiliated; and I needed to replace my car. I received a letter from Rick Johnson letting me know that even though I had a bankruptcy, they have lenders that make it possible for people like me to get a car and start rebuilding good credit again. I set up an appointment with Rick, and I have to say, he made me feel very comfortable and told me I should not feel embarrassed or ashamed. The whole experience was awesome and uplifting. The day of my appointment was a very rainy day; but Rick went out into the car lot several times, looking for just the right car for me. Even though he was getting wet, he was very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. I want to thank Rick for his kindness, his patience and understanding; and especially for my 2012 Nissan Sentra that I drove home that day! I absolutely love it!!!
