Great Experience My car was totaled Friday at 5 pm by the insurance company and I needed a quick replacement. Brian Kimball was my sales person. He went through my needs and then wants, then he showed me a selection of cars, was patient while I drove three of his suggestions, then lined them up because I liked all three and went through all the differences between my choices. There was never any pressure and he answered all my questions. I choose one and he walked me through the rest of the process. I drove off with my car after all the paperwork was done and love it. Very satisfied I had the sales lady, Gina McDougal. She never pushed anything on me that I wasn't interested in. After my first car didn't work out with prices, she continued to look to find an SUV for me and never once got frustrated when I was being particular with what I wanted in a vehicle.
