I chose to finance through my bank thinking it would get me a better rate and just Well to say Gina went above and beyond is quite an understatement! It cluttered everything up and while my banker is a nice guy, literally everything went wrong. Gina helped me through the process and well honestly saved me quite a lot of hassle... At her own expense (sorry Gina). I got a great deal on a great truck and I recommend her to everyone I meet! Honestly folks I really can't tell you how awesome she was unless we had a few drinks and long weekend to tell the tales about how much she put up with and I am truly happy with how I was treated. It was an amazing experience unlike any I had experienced! Everyone was very curtious and friendly. My sales person, Gina McDougal was awesome! I found the best prices on trucks then any auto website within 200 miles of my residence! And let's not even get starting with some dealer wedsites and sales folks! Anyway, Gina gave me a call and we arranged a time to meet. The call was cheerful but professional. She is very experienced and knew what questions to ask for what I wanted. In saying that! My old mentality of another brutal car shopping with not having what I want but saying they did just to get me on the lot was in the back of my head. When I arrived (with my wife and 4 children) the immediately went to the outside play area (amazing idea! Thank you). Gina meet me with a list 5 vehicles which matched what I wanted! That's right! 5! And I could see all of them! After looking at a couple I picked the one I wanted! After that I bought my truck and headed down the road, it was great! What left a very lasting impression is that even tho the dealership was packed on a beautiful Saturday Afternoon Gina still made herself available with customer care when really her job was finished? I was waiting on paperwork to be finished but she made made time for more customer care when others wouldn't. She is awesome I recommend her to everyone looking for a vehicle! Thanks Gina!
