Great Experience I wasn't sure what I wanted when I call Rick Johnson about purchasing my next car/SUV, but I knows it was time. I met with Rick the following day. We rode the lot at least 45 minutes before we found about 5/6 cars/SUV that I liked. We talked about monthly payments etc. He never pressured me about deciding. After talking about payments within my budget he worked diligently with the banks to get me a great deal. Thanks for the time and efffort Rick. Your the real MVP!!! 😄 More

Painless! This is the first car I've financed and bought on my own so I was terrified to even start the process. Gina made the buying process painless! Gina is awesome Gina is awesome. I went to Ricart used car factory too look at a 2013 f150 and she was incredibly knowledgeable, and a very pleasant dealer to work Gina is awesome. I went to Ricart used car factory too look at a 2013 f150 and she was incredibly knowledgeable, and a very pleasant dealer to work with. Any question I asked she was able to answer accurately, without seeming like she was trying to sell me on any specific truck. The price of the truck I was looking at was already marked down significantly (the bank was willing to finance for 5k more than I bought it for, and kbb value was 3k more) , so she wasn't able to get me a better deal, but I didn't want to lose the truck (it's happened twice now) so I didn't play hardball either. Gina did not try to up sell me anything, or make me feel pressured into buying this truck, like other dealers will. She also gave me plenty of time to look up similar trucks on cars.com, truecar, etc to make sure I was getting a good price, instead of trying to hound me into buying that truck. She is an incredible asset to to Ricart with what today's buyers are expecting, and I am glad to have her as my dealer, and when I go to purchase my next vehicle I will definitely be reaching out to her, no matter where she works. Overall, I give Gina 5/5 stars all around, if you are looking for a used car or truck, she is who you want to talk to. More
