He didn't try to up-sale or force any dealer jargon, he was polite and let me be in control of the process. It was the first time buying a car so he let me think on it and later that evening I contacted him telling him it was the one. He did all the financials over the phone so that when I got to the dealership the next day, I'd be in and out.
