After test drive walked us through the steps quickly and easily. Great job Ryan and sales manager for respecting our time and getting the purchase completed smoothly. Will say that we were not treated the same when it came to sign paperwork as we felt very pressured to purchase additional extended warranty. Felt liked we were being talked down to thru the paperwork process. Other than that it was a great hassle free experience and would definitely buy there again. Great Job and great customer service . This young man attended our every need. He was very nice, respectful and knew answer's to everything we had asked as well as informing us on what Ricart has to offer. He did not pressure us in any way on what we should purchase. Pleasantly surprised I was hesitant about dealing with Ricart at first. I had always been skeptical and wasnt sure that I would receive the personal service that I was int I was hesitant about dealing with Ricart at first. I had always been skeptical and wasnt sure that I would receive the personal service that I was interested in. I did not want to be a mere number on a sales sheet. After talking to family that had shopped at Ricart and discussions with a personal friend (Dibian Beaubian) that had just started working for the company I decided to give them a try. When I showed up to the dealership I was promptly greeted by Ryon Wood my sales associate. He was polite and helpful without being over bearing. I went just after Black Friday with a particular car in mind. It turned out that the vehicle that I was interested in had been sold which was not a huge surprise to me as it was a great deal. Ryon presented me with several comparable options and even offered to try to track down the model I was specifically interested in if the other options would not work for me. After taking another option for a test drive I decided to purchase it without any pressure from Ryon. During the test drive there was a minor issue with a tire pressure sensor that Ryon assured me would be taken care of by their service department if it did not stop in the next day. Ricart's 72 hour return policy helped put me at ease with my decision to purchase an option that was not my first choice. Ryon was very helpful when it came time to go over my financing options and to get the best rate. After the sale, Ryon contacted me the next day to check if the issue with the sensor had gone away and it hadn't. He was able to get a service apointment scheduled for me around my working schedule which made me happy. The service staff was also polite and their service center was far better than what I had experienced at other dealerships in the area in the past. I will recommend Ricart for family and friends looking for a vehicle in the future! More

The greatest car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman was unbelievably great! He didn't try to push us toward a higher priced car or steer us toward something other than what we wanted.
