When I arrived on a Sunday, Brian Kimball met me at the door and showed me to a workstation to get an idea of what I was looking for. He covered the Motor Trend warranty that some cars may be eligible for. I mentioned the brand of the car that I was interested in, he checked their inventory and then we went outside to take a look. I was interested in driving several cars, a few of them were the same models, different trim and years. Brian seemed to be inconvenienced by my request to test drive three cars and said that "they were getting busy" and he wasn't sure if that would be possible. I was insulted. That made me feel like it would be more beneficial for him to get me out the door so he could move on to other customers. He wasn't entirely knowledgeable with the Acura brand, but did his best to answer my questions. Overall I felt rushed. Despite this, an offer was made on the car I wanted and we came to an agreement. Behind the scenes the folks who work out the details on the purchase were easy to work with, they listened and explained everything to my satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership because of their integrity. I felt assured that their used car inventory is at the top of the line, safe, and reasonable. More

This is the second time in a row for me to buy from Ricart and I do not buy from anyone else, and this will not change. The car, the buying experience, and the no worry from buying from Ricart is worth it all and with people like Austin why go anywhere else. Stephon Burton treated us with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. The kindness of this dealership demonstrated by their employees has made me a true repeat customer. More

A tad rocky but it was smooth sailing after I went here to buy a car. This was my first car and I was nervous and excited! I came on a Saturday to view the car I wanted and I wanted to think it I went here to buy a car. This was my first car and I was nervous and excited! I came on a Saturday to view the car I wanted and I wanted to think it over for a view days before buying. I looked on the website one day and the price dropped so I had to get it! I was texting Chase all day to make sure the car was still there as I had to drive up from Cincinnati. Got the car, everything was great. Like 5-10 minutes after leaving the lot, my check engine light came on. Needless to say I was upset, confused, and worried because I had just signed my life away. I texted Chase about it right then and there, but was already on my way home. Fast forward, Ricart and Chase helped me get it taken care of. They paid for the deductible to get the situation cleared up. Did not require me to come back to Columbus. They took care of the rental car while the car was in the shop. They exemplified, especially Chase, great customer service even after I purchased the car and left the lot. Chase was awesome and was the lead in setting it up so I could get my car fixed. More

When we arrived we were greeted warmly and escorted to roy who then worked some magic and got us into a car. Rick got us a warranty and finished up the sale and we drove off 2 hours later in a new vehicle with no money down. Roy and Rick are awesome! Thanks guys:) More
Overall good-glad I did my homework before coming in. Spent several months looking for a truck. Knew what I wanted to spend and spoke with my local bank as to what finance rates should be available. Found two trucks that I was interested in and went to the Ricart to look. Brian Kimball was the sales person who first spoke with me. Brian took me out to look at both trucks and I made my decision. I then spent the next 5 hours waiting. They considered my car for a trade - offered nothing so I kept the car. Had to wait to talk with the finance officer and when I did finally make it to the back office the first contract he had drawn up had a $3300.00 extended warranty charge shown on it. Once that was removed and he understood I was not interested in any "warranties" we discussed what my interest rate was going to be. I had been quoted a 4.1% rate from my local Huntington and after mentioning this they lowered the rate they were quoting me to the 4.1. Overall Ricart had competitive pricing and a very good selection of vehicles in comparison to other dealerships but taking 5 hours to finally complete the paperwork was entirely too long. And, if I had not done a little homework on the finance end of things I would not have walked out with the best deal they could have offered me. Will I go back, possibly, but I'll make sure to do my homework again and pack a lunch next time. More
