Fantastic, efficient service! I had been reviewing options of cars for quite a while and knew what I was looking for before my husband and I arrived at Ricart. We were greeted instantly by Nate who looked up the specific car we were wanting to view and took us out immediately to see it. He was very easy to talk to and work with. Nate wasn't pushy at all and wanted to make sure we had all of our questions answered. We went on a test drive and Nate not only explained many of the features, but he also pointed out areas of the car we wouldn't have normally noticed. He also has a great sense of humor which allowed us to become very comfortable quickly. Cass worked with me on the financing. I let him know who I planned to bank with and he was able to find me a better interest rate at another credit union. He was very personable and gave many options when it came to the warranty, which I appreciated. Everything was efficient from the time we walked in to the time we left. I especially loved how the car was cleaned and prepared when we were ready to leave... I'd definitely recommend Nate and Cass to anyone needing a vehicle. Neither of them were aggressive and they really made my car-buying experience very pleasant. I think it helps that I already knew what I wanted going into the visit, but they just made my decision to purchase that day much easier. More

He honest about expectations and has shown on multiple occasions that he won't just tell you what you want to hear in order to get a sale. One last kind gesture Lorenzo did at this last visit was to set up OnStar for me and provided details about the free trial and not providing a credit card initially during the trial, etc. When I was meeting him at the car once the sale was final he was already setting this up. That is the kind of touch that he brings to the deal and it's going above what is expected. Thanks Lorenzo! More
