Best, easiest and quickest experience!! I am on online shopper, studier and reviewer. I pride myself in knowing as much as I can about my options prior to making any large purchase. After lots of online searching in the Columbus area, we picked 3 used cars that we were interested in. We pulled on the lot at 4:58pm and were promptly greeted by Raphael Morales. He was great to work with! He was very easy to talk to and he was able to answer the questions we asked. With 1 test drive we decided on a car and within an hour or so (7:29pm) we were on our way down the road. Thank you Ricart for making what is not a fun task, smooth and easy. See you when I'm ready to buy my next car!! More

I had visited other dealerships in Columbus in my search and had some bad experience. The staff was friendly. I have to bring the vehicle back for warranty work. It's a two hour trip for me, but have been promised a rental in the mean time, which is very helpful. It would have been nice had all this been done prior to being put on the lot for sale, but I'm thinking they may have just got the vehicle in, so that's understandable. It was nice to take my vehicle home the same day I purchased it, so no complaints. More
