Friendly & Patient Sales Rep! I really enjoyed my experience with John Thornton! Unlike many dealers who just want to give their sales pitch, John worked to build a good rapport wi I really enjoyed my experience with John Thornton! Unlike many dealers who just want to give their sales pitch, John worked to build a good rapport with us by finding common ground in life in general, which made the experience so much more comfortable. John was a great help and extremely patient since I was unsure what I wanted to purchase. I explained that I had previously owned SUVs but was unsure if I should just stick with an SUV or purchase a sedan due to having children. John took his time answering questions and making some recommendations. I test drove several, and even though it was 20 degrees with blowing winds, John fetched each vehicle without hesitation and continued with his can do attitude! Thank You John for freezing for me! And I'm so happy with my new sedan! More

Long process but smooth. I hate the car buying experience/process. It should not take 5 hours to buy a 10,000 used car. That said, The salesman was fair and attentive. Great Experience My wife and I made the trip to Ricart to trade her car in on a newer model. It was about a 160 mile trip so I called ahead to make arrangements.
