We appreciated the up-front honesty when we arrived that the vehicle we were most interested in was already in contract with a potential seller. Drew was very helpful in locating other mini vans available and even shuttled us throughout the lot to look at several of them since it was raining. He did a great job helping us find a van that fit our needs and budget and they even beat the interest rate on our pre-approved financing from our local lender. Our initial contact was with Brian, but he was working with another customer when we arrived. He took time to introduce himself and follow up with us after our purchase was finalized. Great professionalism and helped us get a great deal. It was a very pleasant buying experience. More

Great Place for Quality Used Vehicles Came up from Cincinnati to buy a car for myself, as my old car was going to my student daughter whose 2001 Honda had bitten the dust. Took the time needed; not too pushy. Came in to look at a Hyundai Santa Fe that was listed on-line - it had already sold by the time we got there. Brian was who we had arranged to meet - Came in to look at a Hyundai Santa Fe that was listed on-line - it had already sold by the time we got there. Brian was who we had arranged to meet - he was busy with another prospective buyer so Steve Holsinger took us all over the lot looking at all options available in my price range and mileage range. Finally settling on the Kia Sorento. My only complaint is that I should have known up front that there was only a replacement key available for this vehicle. No key fob. So, now I will have the added expense of getting one. More
