AMAZING CREW AT RICART !! On 3/26.17, my husbands and I's 4 week super frustrating car search brought us to Ricart Used Car factory. We had been to numerous car dealerships and On 3/26.17, my husbands and I's 4 week super frustrating car search brought us to Ricart Used Car factory. We had been to numerous car dealerships and test drove many cars. We had all but given up on finding a car. We had decided that we would make a 2hr venture to Groveport. RIcart had a car we wanted to test drive. And let me tell you, this was the best decision we made!! We had arrived and was walking for a few minutes. We were not attacked by a sales person. But in short fashion we were greeting by Chase George. Immediately I knew we were in great hands. Chase is super knowledgable about his dealership and the cars that he is selling. We walked into the dealership and the atmosphere is energizing and exciting. We went on a test drive and Chase walked us through all of the features of the car that we were looking at. This dealership was crazy busy but everyone that passed us greeted us with a genuine smile and a love for their job. We decided that we did want to purchase this car and we were directed to have a seat in the lounge area (equipped with vending machines pop corn big TVs and comfortable seating). Once it was our turn to meet with a business manager, we were placed with Cass Powers. The excellence that this dealership had shown to us so far that day continued. Cass is superb in what he does. He explained everything flawlessly. While we were doing paperwork, they washed the car and fueled it. The used car buying process usually is lack luster and boring. If you want a memorable experience and a place that you will return to buy all of your cars, you need to look no further that RIcart. This team could show several businesses a thing or two about genuine customer service. KUDOS team at RIcart. A job well done!!! More

No follow through after sale Update: The GM called to apologize for our service and is working with us to make it right. We have service scheduled. We were promised paint work on our vehicle at the point of sale in January. The service department directed us to the sales manager on the day we scheduled the work. The sales manger who made the promise was incredibly rude and told us he would never have agreed to completely sand and repaint the vehicle. We restated we were not asking for that but to make the repair he promised. We have made several phone calls and gone back in person. We were asked to send in pictures. We have been asked to bring in the vehicle to see it. Each time we have been promised a response with in 24-48 hours. We have not received any solution and not one response. e have left messages almost every few days. We have reached live people but have been told each time a manager who is not available will call back. It has now been 6 weeks since we purchased the vehicle. I would not trust them to follow through with after sales services. More
