Great experience I live an hour away so it was a bit more complicated to car shop and purchase over several days. But the staff made it so simple and they were so easy I live an hour away so it was a bit more complicated to car shop and purchase over several days. But the staff made it so simple and they were so easy to work with. At first I worked with Logan and he was so patient and stuck with me as I walked around in circles looking at the same cars over and over. Then I worked with Gina who was wonderful. Full of info and passionate about cars. Very positive and personable. Even worked with me on the price. Everything went very smoothly and I would recommend Ricart to anyone! More

A positive experience It was the day after Christmas and I had time to look around. I drove 60 miles to Lancaster to look at cars and had a very rude experience (waited fo It was the day after Christmas and I had time to look around. I drove 60 miles to Lancaster to look at cars and had a very rude experience (waited for 35 minutes for a sales person and they were rude). My son called me and said go to Ricart they have your Cr-V. I arrived at Ricart Used Car Factory and was met by a smiling Catrice Mitchell, just minutes after I arrived! She listened to what I wanted, said I have several to show you! She drove me around explained everything, I have been looking for a car for a couple of years and had not found "The ONE". Catrice was right! She had what I wanted! Car chosen, papers filled out, loan approved! All with smiles and good cheer! I now drive the car I have been looking for for two years! Thank you, Catrice! More

Top of the Line Service This past weekend me and my husband went looking for a new car. We got with our sales persons John Morelli and his sales manager Roy Duffey. John and Roy was so friendly I would like to say they treated us like we was apart of their family. Both of them kept it straight with us and didn't give us any BS. They both made the experience of buying a new car enjoyable and stress free. Once we decided on our car they induced us to Beau, who just made all the signing of paperwork for the Cost a breeze.
