Simply, couldn't be happier! To be honest I wasn't actually looking to buy a car. However during a average walk around the lot type of day I stumbled upon a 2016 Hyundai Veloster To be honest I wasn't actually looking to buy a car. However during a average walk around the lot type of day I stumbled upon a 2016 Hyundai Veloster Turbo matte grey (which is hard to find) and with closer inspection found it had extremely low mileage and was taken great care of. Courtney at the Used Factory was amazing in helping me through the process as I've never actually bought a car myself before. At the end of the day I walked away with my dream car and couldn't be happier with my experience at Ricart! Thanks! More

I Went in with doubts and came out with a new truck. I had a wonderful experience shopping at Ricart. Comfortable car buying experience! I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was at Ricart. I felt comfortable taking my time to make decisions and work through the process. Best Car Buying Experience I've Had Thus Far Upon pulling in Ashleigh Canfield came out to the parking lot and greeted me and my 4 year old daughter. She was very polite and courteous to both of us which was very nice. I had already looked online for the car I wanted to get, a 2015 Dodge Charger SXT. She welcomed us in and found the car on the lot in minutes and setup a test drive. The test drive went wonderfully and I decided to buy the car. Her and Stephon Burton worked hard on the paperwork to get me approved and things went great. My daughter became hungry during this point and Ashleigh even got her a hot dog and cookies from the employee cookout they had! I'm very thankful to have dealt with Ashleigh and couldn't have bought a car from a better person. I signed all my paperwork with Beau Daubenmier and he explained everything thoroughly and was a pleasure to deal with. All in all the best car buying experience I've ever had :) More
