Disappointing Experience I found the exact car I wanted online and contacted Ricart through their website right away. I received a prompt e-mail response, so I followed up wi I found the exact car I wanted online and contacted Ricart through their website right away. I received a prompt e-mail response, so I followed up with a few more questions through e-mail, just to make sure everything checked out. I finally called the dealership to figure out a way to see the vehicle (I live out of state) and make sure it wasn't sold before I showed up. I called and talked with the salesperson about my situation on a Sunday, who said he would check with the sales manager to see if they could hold the vehicle and that I would get a call back by the end of the day. 30 minutes before the dealership closed, I called and left a message for the salesperson to call me back. I never got that call, so I tried calling again the next day (Monday). On my 2nd attempt that day (4 hours after the first), I got through to the salesperson. I agreed to pay Ricart's asking price and provide a deposit, understanding the dealership would only hold the vehicle for 48 hours. By this point, my options for traveling early in the week were shot, so I told the salesperson that I wouldn't be able to make the trip until Friday. He agreed that either he or another salesperson would call me first thing Wed. morning to take my deposit to hold the vehicle (this was late Monday afternoon). Flash forward to Wednesday - Given the salesperson's history of not returning my calls, I called him 15 min. after the dealership opened. The guy I was working with was off that day, so I talked to his counterpart who acknowledged that he had a note with my name & phone number, but no indication of what he was calling me about. After I gave him a description of the vehicle and told him I was calling to put down my deposit so I could pick it up on Friday, he told me they sent it to auction THAT MORNING. So, after spending a week trading e-mails, offering a deposit (that they first weren't sure they would take and then would only take 48 hours in advance), leaving messages without returned calls, and preparing to travel and purchase a vehicle, I got to find out that they sent it to auction the day they agreed to take my payment. More

Love my Nissan! I had the best experience at the Ricart Used Car Factory! Walking into the lot and seeing so many cars was overwhelming, but Nathan Baker was extremel I had the best experience at the Ricart Used Car Factory! Walking into the lot and seeing so many cars was overwhelming, but Nathan Baker was extremely helpful and made the process stress free and fun. After looking at hundreds of cars, it was hard to remember which ones I liked best but Nathan kept track of which ones really stood out to me. He answered every question my parents or I had, and I was able to leave Ricart with the perfect car for me. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I would definitely recommend asking for him when looking for your next car. Thanks again Nathan!! More

Good Experance! Found a car online at Ricard that I was interested in. I called left a message and my call was quickly returned by salesperson Brian Kimball. We got Found a car online at Ricard that I was interested in. I called left a message and my call was quickly returned by salesperson Brian Kimball. We got together at the arranged time and I was comfortable right off. Although I knew the car I wanted and that there was no wiggle room on the price, Brian took the time to go through all the bells and whistles of the car. I did not spend a long time there due to the smoothness of Brian's experience. I don't know when I will buy another car, but I hope it is from Brian. More
trade not appropriately valued!!! I went to the dealership looking for a larger vehicle with a couple vehicles in mind. I met Ryon and began looking for said vehicle. Service from Ryon was on par for what I was looking for. I found multiple vehicles that seemed to fit what I was looking for. I settled on a car and started the finance process. I went in knowing I had a balance left on my trade in. My cars given trade in value was half of what they were trying to sell it for the day after I made my purchase. I honestly feel like they took full advantage of me. I get its a business and they have to make money but that's a slap in the face. And to make matters worse they had it listed with a clean car fax. I know that cannot possibly be correct as I had a run in with a dear and had some pretty bad body damage. So this being said I'm not likely to buy from here again. And I'd say definitely do your homework before buying from here. More

Our product specialist was Ryan Combs, he did an excellent job of helping us find what we wanted and spent multiple hours helping us and making lists of inventory to find us just the right car. They made the experience wonderful for my daughter who was getting her first car, they treated her special and made sure everything was all ready for both of us., we highly recommend Ryan to anyone who visits. More
