I bought my first car! I went to Ricart because my mother recently bought a new car from there about 7 months ago and they have a great selection when it comes to new and us I went to Ricart because my mother recently bought a new car from there about 7 months ago and they have a great selection when it comes to new and used cars. I had very strict restrictions on what I was looking for (which I know seems ridiculous for a 23 year old who doesn't have money to be super strict on their requirements). However, my mom and I looked all over the lot, we came inside and approached Ms. Courtney Scholl ourselves, she could have been busy, I noticed she had keys in her hand but she dropped what she was doing to help us. We looked at jeeps that were in my price range, in the colors I wanted, with low milage, leather seats... etc. and when we looked at 3 cars and I wasn't a big fan of any she went to her manager and asked if he knew of anything and WALLAH she brings me my beautiful red jeep compass that is seating in my drive way a week later. She was able to help me get the price down so I can afford the payments, she made sure the car was detailed, clean and with a completely filled tank! I felt completely pampered. I could not imagine buying a car from a more caring and endearing individual. Thank you Courtney and Ricart! More

Mark Williams-a great salesman Mark did a terrific job listening to what the family was looking for in a used car. Our family had been shopping for a used car for a couple of months Mark did a terrific job listening to what the family was looking for in a used car. Our family had been shopping for a used car for a couple of months. We had our selection narrowed down to 2 brands of cars, Ford and Jeep. Mark was patient and stayed after closing to make sure our vehicle was ready. Ryan Six did a great job in dealing with the paperwork. We did purchase an extended warranty "just in case something goes wrong later". A person named "Dan" appeared with three options to buy an extended warranty scribbled out on a piece of paper. We realize that many variables go into determining the price of the extended warranty so the spread sheets would be large. However, this would have been better for us to see on a computer screen than just giving us three choices written on a piece of paper that appeared out of the blue. When signing the papers with Ryan, we noticed there were other extended warranty options. Ryan was kind enough to slow down the process to see if we were interested in changing our coverage. Mark and Ryan made shopping for a car a pleasant experience! More

Great service We were looking for something reliable and good on gas with low mileage. Didn't buy but great service Chris Anderson was amazing. He worked so hard to help us narrow down the kind of car our son wanted. 18 year olds can be fickle.
