While we were unable to find what we originally came for, our salesman, Mark Williams, was determined to get us the best car for our money and the best warranty to set us up for things to be smooth for years to come. We changed out minds a few times but he just kept going back to find other options for us. He stayed over an hour late just so we didn't feel rushed. He made the buying experience pressure free and gave us a sense of security driving off in our new Sonata. I will shop with Ricart and hopefully with Mark anytime I need a vehicle.
