Excellence In Car Buying Experience I had come from a dreadful car buying experience at a certain Kia Dealership on the West side, so was Leary and suspicious of even contacting Ricart. However, salesperson Catrice Mitchell was excellent, in her professionalism, active listening and her appreciation for how busy I am and the fact that I was very discouraged by the previous NIGHTMARE buying experience. The car was exactly what I was looking for and at the value I was seeking. I was already blown over by Catrice when along came Cass the finance manager who was equally friendly, inviting, professional and disclosed every detail along the way giving me added piece of mind since I was coming off a literal NIGHTMARE experience. I am not the only one who had a positive experience, my neighbors had purchased a car and their son too from Ricart and recommended them. Glad I listened to this advice! More

Shaw was the best! Shawn was very friendly and didn’t have the typical “salesmen” mentality.
