Car shouldn't have been certified There were 4 open recalls on the car, none of them were fixed and legally, they should have been before selling the car. The 4 wheel alignment was really off, had to pay $92 at another dealer to have it fixed. The tires have flat-spotting, so there is a loud tire rotation noise that will continue for a while. I was told that the noise was due to the fact that it was a bigger car and the tires echoed. Definitely not the case. No floor mats in the car, they could have supplied at least one semi-decent mat since I purchased the car in a winter month. Had to pay $65 for a new set. I was also told my first payment would be 45 days from the date of purchase. Found out it was 30 days. So they didn't honor that quote. I traded in my other car and was told there was sludge in the engine, therefore there was internal engine damage and wouldn't give me much for it. I requested to see the sludge in question but was denied. Overall, disappointed. More

Service beyond expectations My 2016 Hyundai Sonata hybrid gas millage was under what I had been getting, so I called for service,As usual your service department went well beyond My 2016 Hyundai Sonata hybrid gas millage was under what I had been getting, so I called for service,As usual your service department went well beyond what was expected. I asked for service because I was concerned that the systems could be malfunctioning. After the service rep checked one sysytem and it checked ok he asked of I would leave my car so he could test another system.I was called late in the day and was told that system checked ok also, the request was made for me to leave my car overnight so it could be driven the next day. When I picked up my car the service rep, Amber Mann said they feel that the winter blend gas was most likely causing the loss of millage. This is the reason I have purchased and had service on my cars for the last 30 years. At Ricart automotive.I know of no other dealer that would have done all of this to satisfy my concerns. wonderful customer service I had just purchased a vehicle from used car sales had a issue with door trim came to have it looked at the service was fast individualized and extrem I had just purchased a vehicle from used car sales had a issue with door trim came to have it looked at the service was fast individualized and extremely helpful and professional they concluded they would fix the problem free of charge and while they were looking at that issue they had found a screw in one of the tires unable to be repaired they also replaced that free of charge absolutely outstanding service my service advisors name was Chase Butcher this gentleman was fantastic informative and helpful kept making sure I was aware and ok my service techs name was kirk another wonderful and helpful person I just want to thank all of you at ricart Ford and especially these two guys More
