Refreshingly non-stereotypical salesperson As a young woman who has never bought a car without the assistance of a parent, I came to Ricart Used Car Factory having rehearsed my "take no xxxx" v As a young woman who has never bought a car without the assistance of a parent, I came to Ricart Used Car Factory having rehearsed my "take no xxxx" voice and bracing myself to kick and claw my way to a good deal. Much to my surprise, Brandon Copley was anything but the stereotypical pushy car salesperson. He was understanding of my many questions and skepticism and walked me through the process without once talking down to me or making me feel like I needed a translator. The car itself was such a good deal (about $1000 below Kelley Blue Book value) I didn't even feel comfortable trying to put all the haggling I had rehearsed to use. Shawn Cottrill met us at the door and was extremely helpful throughout our entire visit. We talked about what we were looking for and Shawn brought us to a handful of options. He took note of vehicles that excited us and pointed out details when needed. Long story short, we ended up with our dream car for our newly grown family after an hours-long interaction with a salesman who knew his stuff and was both humble and confident in his role. We will never look at purchasing a vehicle again without first talking to Shawn. More

Never buy a used car on a bitter cold evening The desk experience was good and Andrew Harrison was great to talk with; however, after I purchased the car, there were issues that were not noticeabl The desk experience was good and Andrew Harrison was great to talk with; however, after I purchased the car, there were issues that were not noticeable on a bitter cold evening. The seats in the car look like they have been underwater and are loaded with water stains that won't come out. This was not noticeable before purchase. Andrew had the seats steam cleaned after purchase, and it looked fine for about 4-5 days until they were completely dried again. I am ashamed to let anybody else sit on my seats because they look so bad. I wish I could upload pictures. Also the back left panel of the car was damaged and repainted with different texture paint than than the rest of the car. It looks terrible, but is something I did not notice, as by the time I drove out of the lot it was dark outside. There are also scratches and dings I did not notice as it was getting dark outside. Very disappointed by the appearance issues. Will never buy another car in the evening or on a bitter cold day. Ricart’s service and extra's are awesome, and I love it, although I don't think I will buy a used car there again. More

We had searched online for a specific model of SUV and even though that car we picked online was a recent trade in and not ready to be shown, your associate was quick to find suitable replacements. The inventory was impressive. During our entire time spent there, everyone was cordial and genuinely eager to help. The sales manager (Brandon Byrd) interacted with the staff in a professional manner and was very good at making us comfortable and having every question answered. I would be quick to recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. More
