I like most people want a quick buying experience so I tried to do most things from home which Mark made very easy and simplistic. After applying for the loan online and sending Mark all my documents I was able to come in test drive the vehicle and get the contract going. Then I talked to Chris Wright who helped me pick the best options for my truck with the 3M and the Spray in bed liner as well as the Undercoating for the truck to ensure that rust never touches my truck. After buying cars and trucks for the last 10 years all over the country and out of the country I have to tell you this was the best dealership I have been to. I was in and out within an hour and a half. I bought this truck not for me but for my father who has worked his entire life and helped everyone in the community out so I choose Ricart Used Car Factory to get the best vehicle possible for him.
