An experience you’ll enjoy! From the time I arrived I was treated like their only customer. In fact, the instance that stands out the most is when the truck I ended up purchasing From the time I arrived I was treated like their only customer. In fact, the instance that stands out the most is when the truck I ended up purchasing was in the service shop for warranty recall service. The rep was unaware of this fact when I innitially arrived and could have easily stalled but instead informed of the fact and estimated timeframe until the vehicle would be ready for the test drive. He gave me the option of how to spend my time. In the end the vehicle was ready as stated and everything continued to get better from there. More

It was nice to have snacks provided to us. The buying experience overall went well. The only 2 things that I would recommend Ricart have for future customers is Free Wifi in the waiting area, and an enclosed place for the customers to swap out their stuff from their trade in car to their purchased car. (It was pretty cold out in the parking lot as my husband and I moved my stuff from my old car to my Ford Escape.) The only negative thing I have to say about my buying experience at Ricart is that when I got my car, the gas tank was really close to Empty so we had to find a gas station right away close by at a late hour in an unfamiliar part of town. More
