Phenomenal Customer Service Jon Prater and his manager Brandon Byrd worked so well with us in trying to find a vehicle that was right for us! We came there in mind of a certain v Jon Prater and his manager Brandon Byrd worked so well with us in trying to find a vehicle that was right for us! We came there in mind of a certain vehicle. However because of some negative equity we had to role over that vehicle wasn’t able to work for us. Jon has a discussion with us about our next steps and we decided to explore other options. We left that night to browse and think about other vehicle options. Within less than 24 hours Jon had done some digging for us and found vehicles that could hold that negative equity. We went back in to discuss and look at those vehicles but decided again they weren’t right for us. But Jon knew he could find us something we loved. He suggested a few more vehicles and anytime we were on a test drive he was doing some digging to find us exactly what we wanted. Brandon was a big help in this matter too. Running all the numbers to make it fit our budget. We honestly couldn’t have found this wonderful new car if it wasn’t for either of these guys! They worked their magic and even though it was tough to find something that worked they didn’t give up and kept us in the loop through the entire process. We will definitely be staying at Ricart for any of our buying needs thanks to these two that went above and beyond for us!! More

Easy and fast I applied online and once approved, didn't take long at the dealership to drive off with my new vehicle.
