I have already recommended this dealership. That's my title. I am a retired Naval Officer & owner of a successful business & my name is Leam Cika. Rarely have I been impressed positively with car dealership I am a retired Naval Officer & owner of a successful business & my name is Leam Cika. Rarely have I been impressed positively with car dealerships. In fact, like most of us, I would 'arm' myself for the interaction with all of them & found that ultimately prudent. My experience here was different. I was met by Dibian Beaubian (known as Dee). Beyond the unfailing good manners & genuine concern for making my experience pleasant, he stuck to the real reason I was there. To purchase genuine value. Dee showed he was there to get me to that conclusion by the merits of vehicle (he promptly arranged for me to put the truck on the lift for close examination). The truck proved to be more than expected. & here is the kicker, His conduct along with the vehicles quality (and the entire dealership) simply lead me already to recommend him and this dealership to my friends, THAT IS OVER A 9 HOUR DRIVE FROM MY HOME. Can I really say more? Bravo Dee, Bravo you represent & bring credit to your company. More

More frustrating than it needed to be I completed Express Checkout at home and then spent 2 hours with James before I even got to the finance department. I had already been approved for c I completed Express Checkout at home and then spent 2 hours with James before I even got to the finance department. I had already been approved for credit and had completed my information but was told that I had to do it all again because of “two different systems.” I feel like the sales team just wanted a commission. I mean, I show up at 11:15 for express checkout and leave after 1:30. James was nice but definitely overwhelmed and confused. I actually had to correct him on several items where he input incorrect dollar amounts. I came alone but my test drive paper work showed my wife’s license from when we bought our last car at Ricart 2 years ago. I stuck it out purely because of the deal. I almost left. More
