Bad way to do business!!! Very disappointed with used car sales customer service...not the sales person but sales management. My husband found a truck online at Ricart with th Very disappointed with used car sales customer service...not the sales person but sales management. My husband found a truck online at Ricart with the options he'd been shopping for. Spent time test.driving and trying to negotiate the best deal. Found that Ricart doesn't really deal from their online pricing. Once coming to terms with that, the hubby told them to go ahead and write the deal up. I went ahead and left him there to finish the paper work. I get a call later from my daughter that she was bringing her dad home as the deal went south after I left, all due to a key fob. The truck only had one and when my husband realized that he asked them to get another. The key fob pretty much controls everything so of course we want a spare. He was basically told by the sales manager that it was a "done deal" and there was nothing they could do. The paperwork hadn't been signed and my husband asked if they were prepared to lose the deal over it and was again told it was a done deal. He chose not to close the deal and I applaud him for that. As much as he really liked and wanted the truck, I think it was pretty crappy of them to offer no solution (especially on a Ford truck at a Ford dealership) and just assume that they had him. Way to lose a $40k deal Ricart! They are obviously more concerned about closing the deal than doing the right thing for their customers. More
