Poor Customer Service-Rick Johnson We called in regarding a vehicle we saw online and spoke with Rick Johnson. He set an appt for us to come in. He was not willing to hear us out on wha We called in regarding a vehicle we saw online and spoke with Rick Johnson. He set an appt for us to come in. He was not willing to hear us out on what we were looking for, and refused to negotiate regarding some of the needs of the vehicle we were interested in. We came back a week later and purchased a vehicle from Courtney and she was nice, however we then began receiving numerous calls and texts from Rick Johnson and the finance company accusing us of not completing the necessary paperwork for financing. Not only that, but because of repairs that needed done to the vehicle, Ricart had our car for over 3 weeks before we even got a chance to drive it. When I spoke with Rick I expressed my dissatisfaction, and told him that we are returning the vehicle. He had nothing to say but ok. Terrible customer service and retention! Rick was unapologetic when we returned the vehicle, and chose to blame the entire incident on the finance company! Lost our sale, and we will NEVER purchase from Ricart!!!! More

Great Salesman In A So-So Dealer Brian was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and laid back. No issues with the truck at all, (so far). Even though the truck was on their lot for almost 90 days and I knew they were anxious to move it. I brought my own financing but thinking they would at least give me some sort of incentive to go with their financing (even though the rates were the same), they did not. No price adjustment, no truck accessories, oil changes, nothing. So, just know that the price you see will be the price you pay. More

Simple and easy I had my car picked and ready to look at before hand.
