FRIDAY MARCH 1ST The finance manager called me to say the finance company no longer wants to finance me and that Ricart needs the car back, I said fine, can someone pick it up because I will not have a way home. That was at 11am, I told him noon would be fine. The finance manager says he can’t get someone to pick it by then but he will get someone out to pick it up. NO ONE SHOWED UP- I called them 5x that day to find out when they were coming for the car, they wouldn’t answer my calls, I kept calling. Finally a lady said they would pick it up Saturday. Fine. Saturday, the sales manager JEROME calls and asks when I’m going to bring car in, I explained talking to finance manager about picking up the car. Jerome says I need to bring it in and it’s my problem finding a way home. I live less than 10 minutes away from dealership. I asked for a document stating I brought car back and everything was fine and deal was void. He then threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t bring the car back and that he would not give me any document. I asked him if he was insane, and if this is even legal? He hung up on me. I had no problem giving the vehicle back, but JEROME was unnecessarily rude and bullying. I will be sure to tell everyone NOT TO GO TO RICART, Because of Jerome. More

Buying a used truck Lauren my sales person was great she went out of her way to show me multiple vechicles so I could find the right on for me. Felt like I over paid for my vehicle if I had know that in advance probably would have went somewhere else. This is a policy I would like to see Ricart change if the want my business in the future.
