Great Used Car Buying Experience I had an idea in my mind that buying a used car from a dealer was going to come with certain hassles. However, Matt and Lauren exceeded my expectatio I had an idea in my mind that buying a used car from a dealer was going to come with certain hassles. However, Matt and Lauren exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make purchasing my 2011 Volvo C70 easier than I could have ever imagined. They were not pushy, and were very helpful. I drove from the Cincinnati area as I had been looking for this particular car for a while but the price or condition was not ideal anywhere else. An Okay Experience I went to buy a car and the nice sales lady Charity approached us and helped us out in buying a car. She was a really big help throughout the process. I had spent several weeks shopping online and even drove to Cincinnati to look at a truck only to be disappointed and frustrated. On a whim, my wife and I went to Ricart on the way home and just looked at what they had. The selection was fantastic and we drove one that day. Did I mention that I HATE buying a car? We worked with Logan Gray and it was completely different from what I remember from my last purchase. No pressure, no “Hand off” game, just easy going and helpful information. Went back the next day and purchased the truck. The process was smooth and relaxed. The atmosphere at the dealership was professional and not the “Cheezy” stereotype “Used car dealership”. Being a high maintenance customer, I was completely comfortable with the experience and have already made a referral. Thanks to Logan and his team, I made it through this scary process unharmed and happy. More
