I visited Ricart and no sooner before I could get into the door, I was greeted with cheerful hospitality a good sense of humor from the sales reps. I had in mind what I wanted to purchase but came out wi the door, I was greeted with cheerful hospitality a good sense of humor from the sales reps. I had in mind what I wanted to purchase but came out with a better vehicle instead and a monthly payment I was content with. Ms Catrice was exceptionally nice, professional and was not pushing me to make a purchase, but adamant about wanting to make sure I was aware of all my options Although, we had to make a few go-arounds prior to finalizing final monthly payments. I still didn't feel pressured. The atmosphere was busy that day and I had a chance to witness a customer unhappy about a dispute with Ricart. All I can say is what I seen was professionalism from Ricart in handling a dispute with the customer. I've only had my vehicle one day and I loving it. I noticed at the last minute a ding in the front windshield, as soon as I notified Ricart, they were right on it and addressed the concern. I recommend Ricart for your vehicle purchases. More

Salesperson was great, but I wish we could have gotten closer to the price I wanted to pay. We bought a 2021 returned lease, and the final price to us was $8000 more than when the dealer first received it closer to the price I wanted to pay. We bought a 2021 returned lease, and the final price to us was $8000 more than when the dealer first received it as a new car! I understand used car prices are very high now, but that’s almost 1/3 higher than the original sticker. Seeing how this was our second car purchase within 1 year, I thought we’d get a much better price. More

I've purchased a several vehicles from Ricart. They are not always my first choice because they like to have a lot of people visit you at the cube to try and up sell you on things even if you ask They are not always my first choice because they like to have a lot of people visit you at the cube to try and up sell you on things even if you ask them not to and the process takes forever. However, this time they did not do that. Josh, our sales person, did a great job and allowed us to avoid all of that. We were in and out of there quickly. So, it was a much better experience than I have had in the past. More
