The experience was overall pretty decent. Charity was wonderful to work with, the procedures and regulations she was forced to follow left a little to be desired however. Ashley was great, the rest was not. Drove 2 rs to buy a new truck and ended up with 2 vehicle close to $100K in one day we bought. You are sucked in to having no choice on the glass coat protectant that they doing on all vehicles with no choice to opt out. Not even two weeks in I called the not so pleasant finance lady to cancel and it took numerous emails from me to finally threaten with calling the GM. Several lies. Certainly wouldn't do business with them again. More
