I purchased a 2018 Ford Raptor from Ricart on 10/10/2021. The vehicle was presented to me as accident-free, with all recall and TSB issues completed. I asked both the salesman and the sales team lead to veri The vehicle was presented to me as accident-free, with all recall and TSB issues completed. I asked both the salesman and the sales team lead to verify and confirm and was reassured that the truck was 100% accident-free, with all recall and TSB work performed. I was also given auto history reports with accident information omitted. After owning the vehicle for less than a week my local Ford dealer confirmed that none of the recall or TSB work had been performed on the truck. While shopping at various dealers and obtaining unusually low trade appraisals, I was notified that the 2018 Ford Raptor purchased from Ricart on 10/10/2021 was in fact not accident-free. The truck was involved in an accident on 12/03/2019 and this information was very much available to the Ricart sales team, but they chose to withhold it from me. More
