I typically don't buy on the same day that I visit a dealership. I found Josiah to be a friendly and an informative person to work with. After driving on the test track and agreeing on a wonderful price I am completely satisfied with the purchase. I've bought nine now from #1Ricart and my last two from their Nissan store. They still lease like champs, unlike a lot of manufacturers these days! So I m 2 months out of terming my Mazda lease and I know their Nissan store. They still lease like champs, unlike a lot of manufacturers these days! So I m 2 months out of terming my Mazda lease and I know I ve got some incentives to lease another Mazda, so I was content just waiting till my term date and working with the Mazda guys at Ricart (they rock too!). Then I get an email from Ricart Nissan, saying they know my lease is almost up and wanted to let me know about some ridiculous lease deals going on now...Okay, I m always up to save some money. True to their word, they were able to step me up in vehicle and lower my payment...Needless to say I did not pass go, I did not wait two months, I drove the new AWD Rogue home that my girl wanted, but thought would be outside our budget! Big thanks to Adam, the Internet guy, who obviously has his pulse on keeping customers happy and well informed, the Bonzo brothers, Joe and Pete. They worked together to show me all the features of the vehicle and got me in and out quickly, but without feeling rushed. Also the sales manager, Shane, that went over lease options, took time to answer all my questions and I had plenty. So far no complaints, I just hope I can convince those guys that my tenth new car from them should be free! Ha!! Seriously, go see these guys if u want a new Nissan, Kia, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Ford or a used car they can sell it all. More
I had purchased my last car here at Ricart and since I had such a great experience, I thought it was only natural to come back for my next one. This time, I was looking for a Nissan Maxima and of course had such a great experience, I thought it was only natural to come back for my next one. This time, I was looking for a Nissan Maxima and of course I contacted Dwen Thomas & Shea Sohovich (my previous sales people) to locate the car. Once again, Ricart had exactly what I was looking for and they worked a great deal! They called to schedule an appointment when the car was ready, it was delivered on time and detailed. Again, it was a smooth and seamless process and they both spent quality time with me going over the new car features and getting it all set up. Loving the car and Ricart has earned a customer for life! More
We visited on a Friday before our vacation, we gave the dealership a $500.00 deposit and was told they would have the car we wanted on the following Saturday (May 31, 2008) when we got back. We only heard from them when my husband called the dealership. He was told they were working on it. We called Saturday morning and they did not have the car said that they could not get it and would refund the money. He went in that Monday after work and was told he couldn't get a check because it was after 5 PM they knew he was coming and could have had the check waiting and did not. They were not only unprofessional but could have cared less that they put us out that money. My husband bought a car that same Saturday in less than four hours at Germain Ford, now they had service that can't be beat. These people we should have looked into before we even visited its amazing how many law suits they have against them. regardless we now have to wait for our money luckily we had enough in the bank to make a deposit at Germain! any other month we might not have. More
