We bought a Sentra today from Ricart and it was a pleasant experience. My experience at Ricard Nissan was positive in every way. Jeremy Harr was knowledgable, friendly, and most of all PATIENT! I went to Ricard convinced I wanted an Elantra, and after much test driving, was l Jeremy Harr was knowledgable, friendly, and most of all PATIENT! I went to Ricard convinced I wanted an Elantra, and after much test driving, was looking into two different cars, my boys spied the shiny red Cube on the showroom floor. Jeremy got it out of the showroom and after about 10 seconds behind the wheel, I was in love! Spacious inside for my growing boys, and very responsive. We took it to the beach last month, the Cube drove great, handling the mountains well with four people and fully packed. The gas mileage is pretty great-I seem to be averaging between 29-31mpg between my highway and city driving. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. I love the quirkiness of the Cube--we definitately get a lot of looks and questions. Thank you, Jeremy for the hours you spent with me over two days helping me get to my perfect vehicle! Thanks to everyone else at Ricard as well-from the office and showroom staff to the the mechanics--everyone has been helpful and professional. Well done! More

My experience @ Ricart was very good. Adam Johnson was very patient and helpful with the test drive and explaining the car options and setting up my phone with the car Bluetooth system. Overall my experience was really good. The first salesman, I think his name was Pete, was fantastic. The first "money" man, I am not sure of his name, was not as great. Even though I was moving, I choose to buy at Ricart and fly back to pick up the car because of the quality service and Bob's support and friendly service. I still have friends in SE Ohio and will strongly fly back to pick up the car because of the quality service and Bob's support and friendly service.
