At first I was skeptical about the Nissan Rogue, but Mr. Harr's factual portrayal of the vehicle before, during, and after the test drive made me at ease with the choice. Not even 24 hours later I fell in love with my vehicle and am glad I listened to Mr. Harr. In addition, they all worked their "number" magic and got me where I wanted to be with my payment. Overall, I never felt pressured by anyone, I felt very well informed afterwards, and kudos to Mr. Burge for being the quickest finance guy I've ever worked with. The entire team has earned my business the first time, and this second time have made me a customer for life. Keep up the extraordinary work you do as it's extremely difficult nowadays to find such professionals who truly value their customer's business. More
I went to Ricart as an after thought on purchasing a new vehicle, I already had a deal worked out with a competitor that I was content with and planned on closing. I was promptly greeted by Lyndsey, I could tell he was very busy and gave me his full attention. Never got the “pushy salesman” feeling from him and being an engineer is the single biggest deal stopper. I needed information to make a decision, pressure will only stop the process until I can do my own research and validation. Lyndsey was a pleasure to talk to; he’s quite an educated man with a very diverse/ interesting background. His knowledge goes way beyond automotive sales, not to mention his attention to detail on Nissan’s currently rebates/pricing actually got me a better deal, more features, and lower apr for financing than what I had previously worked out at the other dealership. When getting to make a deal, Lyndsey made a lot of promises I wasn’t sure he could live up to. Seemed a little too good to be true, like the smoke and mirrors trick to get me back at the dealership. I had visited another car dealership the day before coming to Ricart, was not a great experience. I had purchased a Sportstrac in the past from Ricart and my daughter had reminded me how much Ricart ha coming to Ricart, was not a great experience. I had purchased a Sportstrac in the past from Ricart and my daughter had reminded me how much Ricart had grown and the different dealerships you had on one site and suggested I come here. I knew I wanted to downsize to a smaller less gasgussling car. I really wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted however I did know what my budget was as well as what I wanted in a car. The other dealership wasn't able or willing to go the extra mile ( that your employees were and did) to get me in the car, without the options that I didn't need or the options that I wanted within my price range. However Chad, Aaron and Jeremy were not going to let me down in anyway. Chad continued to bring me cars and Aaron continued with each car to get the best price. When I finally did decide on the car I could afford and truly loved and wanted Chad, Aaron and Jeremy made it a reality for me. I would like to tell you and them how much I appreciate their patience, kindness in going through this long process with me and understanding what I could and couldn't afford as well as how pleasant they made my day. But I feel I need to put a good word in for everyone that was in the showroom while I was there on May18th because they were all so friendly and pleasant. I think it is safe to say I would recommend Ricart as well as come back in the future when and if I ever need another car. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience! I was all set to buy a Nissan Leaf from a different dealer but thought I would see if Ricart could meet or beat the deal I got elsewhere. I went in thinking they might try to change the terms or add extras, but everything was just as we had agreed - and was already prepared for me when I got there. I met Shane Self (Sales Director) and he referred me to Dwendolyn Thomas. Everything was so easy. I kept waiting for something to go wrong - you know how many people have horror stories of their car buying experiences - but this was truly a great car buying experience. I'm still amazed by how well everything went. Highly recommended!! More
The Inteligent Key in our 2010 Altima happened to die on us Saturday March 23, 2013 as we were returning from our cabin property in The Hocking Hills and while in-route home to our Westerville residence. We are not customers of Ricart Nissan but since we were very near to your dealership, we decided to see if we could have the matter attended to. This would have been about 1:30 Saturday afternoon and the store was very busy at that time with both sales and service. We expected the worst and in fact felt the issue may not be resolved at all. Long story short, we were in and out in just shy of ten minutes! The Ricart service and parts folks very promptly and professionally corrected our small mechanical problem and we were on the road again. As mentioned previously, we are not Ricart customers but I dare say that we would not have been able to secure the same treatment at our home-town Nissan dealership. Our hats are off to you for the fine experience and I should like to say that other dealerships could take a lesson from your store on how to handle customer service. We appreciate the way we were treated and I only regret that your store is not nearer to us as we would most certianly be doing business on a regular basis. Keep up the fine work. My apologies for not being able to identify the two Ricart Nissan folks that aided us but we truly appreciated the courtisy and very prompt service which was afforded us on that Saturday afternoon.
