We told her what we wanted and she went right to work! She didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want and she didn't try to belittle us or look down upon us. I was in a used vehicle that I had been duped on in the buying process. It was also too much vehicle for me. My husband and I went to Ricart to see if they would take the vehicle as a trade in for a new ve buying process. It was also too much vehicle for me. They were not able to accommodate my payment schedule at that time but Aaron Andrews said he would keep an eye out and call us when he could accommodate our payments. A few weeks later we received a call from Aaron and we went in. He was able to get me into a Nissan Sentra and take the other vehicle off my hands. He was so sweet and when we went back for our first oil change, he saw us and remembered our names. PLEASE ask for Aaron when you go to Ricart Nissan. More
When my wife and I arrived at Ricart we were met by Aaron. We told him what kind of vehicle we had and he took us to where the same vehicles were located. He asked us what are old Nissan had in way of Aaron. We told him what kind of vehicle we had and he took us to where the same vehicles were located. He asked us what are old Nissan had in way of features and we told him. We located a Nissan that we liked and Aaron got the keys and took us on a test drive with it. When we went back to the Dealership and sat down with Aaron we told him about where we had to be in the way of payments. He was very professional in the way he went about getting the vehicle at the price we could afford. After we made the deal he stayed with us until we were able to walk out with our vehicle. When I get ready for my next vehicle I will be going back to Ricart and I would recommend this dealership to anybody that wanted to by a vehicle New or Used. Thanks Aaron for our your hard work More

My father and I were recently shopping for a basic car that offered safety, reliability and maximum fuel economy. We did our homework and settled on the Nissan Versa. In contacting multiple dealerships Ricart offered the best price and the sales staff was extremely accommodating. Chad Householder was the sales person who took care us. I highly recommend working with Chad his selling style focuses specifically on building a relationship and listening to the customer. Chad never tried to up sell or fast talk us into something we didn't want or need. He was very knowledgeable about the car and made sure I fully understood the features and warranty information before I left the dealership. During our purchase we also dealt with Chad Burge and Jake Worley, both were very professional and pleasant to work adding to an overall great buying experience. I hope to deal with Chad again for future purchases, and I will certainly recommend Ricart Nissan to friends and family. More
One of the worst dealership I've seen. Their internet prices were low, so I went there last week to buy New Nissan Altima. I was made to wait 30 mins before I could talk to any sale associate. Then, I was shown the car, which I really liked, but as it got late around 7:30pm, I decided to buy the car next day. As soon as I reached home, I found out that the price of the same car online got raised by $1000. I was working with Joseph Eddy and his manager. I never contacted them and instead bought a car from Germain Nissan Of Columbus, who provided one of the best customer service I've seen. I will never recommend Ricart to anyone. More
This was our first car buying experience so we weren't sure of what to expect. We were greeted by Joseph Eddy and were walked through the cars we wanted to see. We didn't feel pressured at all to purchase a car and he took us through every feature the car offered, explaining the differences between the models. I would recommend him to anyone who is going through the car buying process. When discussing the purchase price and monthly payments, we were introduced to Jake Worley. This is where the process became stressful and unfavorable. He did answer most questions we asked, however his demeanor and attitude were terrible. Yes we were trying to negotiate a better price and take advantage of the offers for a 2013 model, however he acted as if we were being unreasonable and didn't even want to entertain our presence. We did end up purchasing a car for more than we should have, if I could redo it I would not have purchased the car for that amount. We were then greeted by Aaron Madry who was an outstanding guy that offered add-ons for our new purchase. He was very educated on the products and services he was trying to sell, and was very nice and welcoming. We then were greeted by Rodricka Black to finalize our loan, she was friendly and explained everything we needed to know about a car loan. Our experience was wonderful aside from the negotiation process with Jake Worley. After going through this first car buying experience, if dealing with another person like him in the future, a car purchase will not be made. More
