We came to the dealership on a rainy Saturday in the late afternoon, where I all I knew is I wanted an AWD SUV. Matt met us at my car and was very eager to help us. He also tried to tell me that even with a 0% loan, there is still a $16.67 per month finance charge. I didn't appreciate being lied to. I ended up leaving the dealership very unhappy. I bought 2 new cars from Germain over the next week, at the price I wanted with no haggling. Mr. Young has lost the business of my family for life. More

I knew that unfortunately I would have a difficult time purchasing a new car. My credit was terrible. But Jeremy was very understanding and at no point did he or the other staff make me feel that it was ho purchasing a new car. My credit was terrible.
