Worked out well. I found that a bit disingenuous. I also didn't like having to deal with several different people in order to complete my purchase. It felt a little bit like they were trying to hide the ball. I did end up purchasing a vehicle that I am happy with, and I liked Chad H. (Our sales person ) he was nice. It was a very busy day and everyone was helping several customers at once. We ended up having to wait a really long time (several times) which I didn't love but understood since it was busy. More

We have been to many dealerships and I had researched the Rouge online. Jeremy answered every question without hesitation. We received the best price and the best service here. They were very friendly and got us thru all of the paperwork in record time. At one point Jeremy even offered to go to sub way and get us something to eat. He also took the time to explain every detail of our new car and even setting up my i phone with my car. We have purchased several new cars and have never had the attention to detail that we had at Ricart. I received a follow up call from Jeremy a couple days later to see if we had any questions come up that he could help us with. We had an Exceptional experience that I will be sharing with family and friends. Thank you!!!! More

You Can't Beat Ricart's Mega Mall! I am amazed at how Ricart's has managed to take such a huge operation and carefully tailor it to fit the customer's individual need, No matter what th I am amazed at how Ricart's has managed to take such a huge operation and carefully tailor it to fit the customer's individual need, No matter what the reason for visiting Ricart's Mega Mall, from the time you drive through the checkpoint, to going to the sales office, or going to keep a service appointment, every staff member is consistently inviting, enthusiastic, courteous, and well informed. Ricart's has mastered the art of Customer Service! I appreciate how this staff seamlessly works together to make each experience a genuine pleasure. I would be remiss not to especially mention Dwen Thomas. She is truly a Ricart's Nissan treasure. Her expertise and ability to go beyond the call of duty ensures that I would not consider going to any other dealership for any of my automotive needs. More

After some time, I received an official apology from Ricart's designated official apologizer. I told her that I still wished that the loan officers would apologize for making promises and then not keeping them. In due course, I received a letter signed by Sean & Janda stating that they regretted the "miscommunication." As far as I can determine, there was no "miscommunication." They made promises to me and then failed to keep them. And as of this date, they have never apologized for it. Maybe they think this is good business practice. I still don't know. More

Horrible Customer Experience Went on a Friday night to purchase a new truck and after about 4 hours of negotiating and signing papers we drove out in our new Frontier. We had tru Went on a Friday night to purchase a new truck and after about 4 hours of negotiating and signing papers we drove out in our new Frontier. We had truck to trade in that was in need of repair. We told them exactly what was wrong with it and how much it was estimated to fix it. They told us they would give us $3500 because it would not cost them that much to fix it. At this point I felt like they were playing "good cop" "bad cop". Our original sales associate told us to take the deal of $3500 because if we brought it in to do an estimate we would not get as much. He said take the deal now. We decided we would go ahead and make the deal. We signed paperwork for about an hour and drove off. When we got home we realized it did not have a tow hitch.. I went out and spent $350 to add this to the truck. About 2 weeks past and I received a letter with a late fee from the bank we had our trade in with. The loan was never paid off even after we rolled over the balance to our new car loan. I called Ricart and they asked me if I was not truthful with them when I told them about our trade. I told them I was more then truthful and they new everything that was wrong with the trade in. About 2 hours later I received a call stating they would now only give us $500 for our trade and would have to re sign our paperwork. I asked them how they could go back on our original agreement.....He did not answer and just said we would need to re do the paperwork. I decided to return the truck and went to Buckeye Nissan and made the deal with them. They were very professional. I later found out Ricart was saying we lied about our trade and did not tell them everything. I never lied about one thing. They just wanted to make their quota for the week. If I decided to go back on our agreement do you thin they would have let me out of it....NO. I should have listen to other people I know that have had similar bad experiences with Ricart. I would seriously re think purchasing any car from them. Ricart does bad business. More

I visited Ricart and for the first moment I step in the dealership I felt really great I was looking for a Nissan Rogue and got an email from Ricart. I visited Ricart and for the first moment I step in the dealership I felt really great. Pete Bonzo greeted me and explain to me the cars, test drive process, etc....a super nice guy who knows his subject matter extremely well. Never pushy, showed the basic, medium and top options and explained the differences and was really honest. Then his manager and the finace manager...ALL a great team. Ended up purchasing the most expensive one with all the options and I have enjoyed it very much so far. Follow up calls and emails have been great. More
