This is my 3rd bad experience getting my 2015 Nissan Versa serviced here and my last. My 1-hour transmission flush took 3 hours and the Customer Service Advisor Chris did not talk to me when I brought my car in and the person he sent in his place did not know what was going on or what Chris's notes meant. Chris did not come in to see me when I inquired about my car after 2 hours and still would not see me when I finally got my car back after 3 hours when he was told I wanted to speak to him. No one would give me an explanation why my service took so long. They kept sending back the same person who did not know anything. They were to do an inspection and car wash and I know the car did not go through the car wash. I cannot in good conscience recommend someone having their car serviced here and expect to be happy when you leave. I have also had a half-hour express oil change take 2.5 hours. More

We have purchased several vehicles from Ricart over the years and assisted family members with their purchases from Ricart. First let me say we were very happy with your product specialist Andrew Mellen. He spent several hours showing us SUVs from Nissan, Ford, Kia, Mitsubishi, Hyundai. We test drove several and he explained the different features and products. He was professional, especially knowledgeable and clear when explaining each vehicle. We had settled on a Nissan Rouge and were handed over to Aaron Andrews to learn of special offers and negotiate a final price. This is the point where the experience went downhill. Mr. Andrews, sales manager, was a fast talker; literally and as a negatively stereotypical fast talking sales person. Our goal was to determine the final cost of purchasing this vehicle; offer and financing. He kept repeating things like; “I’ll never alter the invoice price of the vehicle”, no one implied that he should; “trust me I will always stand by the figures that I give you”, I would certainly expect that from any sales person; “you will be happy with a low payment for 72 months”, we were clear several times that payment amount did not matter, final price and interest rate were key. After much talk we were interested in what kind of interest rate we would get if financing. Again, the fast talking; he said he had looked us up before he came “downstairs” and knew we had good credit, that he knew all about us, he does his homework. That alone was offensive; at this point we had not authorized him to look at our credit. There was a lot of double talk about the financing offer and applying it back to the loan. He would not slow down and explain what he was talking about. He talked over us many times. He spoke on the phone with two different Mr. So and So’s upstairs and left the table several times to “check on” things. Finally we were finished for the day. We had looked at a vehicle with another dealer and wanted to revisit the vehicle and dealership to understand their offer and financing details. After consideration, we decided on purchasing the Ricart Nissan Rogue. We received a voice mail from Mr. Andrews that said “as far as pricing goes there is some great news regarding your last visit” so we returned four days later and spoke with Mr. Andrews again. With this visit he did not stand by the original quote that he had given us. Now we did not qualify for the loyalty offer and the final price was $1,945 higher than on the original visit. A lot more double talk from Mr. Andrews, “I take full responsibility, it was my mistake” and we walked away in frustration. I write to let you know of our experience and to also say I think Mr. Andrews does young sales associates or product specialists a great disservice. We were set on purchasing a vehicle from Ricart and may very well have if we had not dealt with Aaron Andrews. More
EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been a satisfied Ricart Nissan customer since 2012. After purchasing four cars from this dealer, I am as amazed with this dealership as ever. I have been a satisfied Ricart Nissan customer since 2012. After purchasing four cars from this dealer, I am as amazed with this dealership as ever. The service just keeps getting better and better. I just had an oil change recently. The representatives were professional, courteous, and made me feel like I was family. As if that wasn't enough, a week later I received an email saying, "because Ricart Nissan appreciated me as a customer, they were gifting me with a free two month subscription with SiriusXM". This gesture goes far beyond the call of duty. Ricart Nissan will be my car dealership as long as I need auto services. I am already looking forward to buying my next vehicle. When it comes to Customer Service, Ricart Nissan can't be beat. KUDOS!! More

Received a letter with misspelling and grammar errors throughout because they lost the title for my trade in. Thanks Sean and Ricart-Wish we never set foot in Ricart Nissan! More
Enjoyable Car Buying Experience I stopped by Ricart Nissan to look at a 2017 Nissan Leaf and after spending some quality time with my salesman, David Sasso, I left with my new Leaf. Crooks I have bought 7 cars from this dealer. I will never buy another. The latest ones are a 2013, 2014, and 2016 Nissan sentra and a 2016 Mitsubishi Lanc I have bought 7 cars from this dealer. I will never buy another. The latest ones are a 2013, 2014, and 2016 Nissan sentra and a 2016 Mitsubishi Lancer. I live paycheck to paycheck as a lot of us do. I traded my 2014 sentra in for a 2016. I got a 5.99% rate. My credit had gone up 100 pts so I didn't understand. Then 2 weeks later got my wife a lancer and co-signed and she got a 3.69% rate. But if she got the ricart gap insurance for 900.00 and the ricart oil change program for 595.00 included. We got approved for Ally finance then if we got those two items included we could get the 3.69% rate. Didn't really think about it till I re-finance my car with wright patt credit union a week later at the same rate and got the payment lowered 27.00 to where I wanted to be. Also Ricart charged 900.00 for the gap coverage and Wright patt charged me 290.00. They make deals with these finance company and squeeze as much as they can out of your. They play on your emotions to get a new car. Then they say ding and dent coverage for a year. IT DOES NOT COVER A SCRATCH! Jeremy Youngs final comment after explaining all this and the service department issues not mentioned were guess we have to part ways. You are right. I will never buy a car from this crooked dealership again and will let everyone I know my experience. Had nothing to do with sales Darrell and Nick. More
