Great experience! We never imagined that we would end up at Ricart Automotive. We had heard so many negative comments and reviews over the years that we were initially We never imagined that we would end up at Ricart Automotive. We had heard so many negative comments and reviews over the years that we were initially hesitant. Our intent was to get some options for our daughter (leasing vs purchasing). She was very interested in the Kia Soul and Ricart was one of the closer dealerships. We were approached by Case Champlain and was immediately put at ease with his likeable personality. He dealt with us in a very professional, but very friendly manner. He was knowledgeable and pointed us in the direction that we needed to go. Fast forward about 3 hours later and we were leaving the lot with a 2019 Kia Soul and the GREAT feeling of seeing our daughter get the car she wanted at the payment she needed. We will definitely be calling Case again in the near future to purchase a new car for ourselves. Thank you to everyone at Ricart! More

We had seen the commercial for Telluride so I started asking a few questions. Next thing you know, I'm having our 2016 Sorento appraised. Bottom line is we love our new Telluride. New Car Newbie I was faced with the worst decision I could have been faced with in my opinion...picking out a car out of need, not want. So, I called the one person I was faced with the worst decision I could have been faced with in my opinion...picking out a car out of need, not want. So, I called the one person I knew in the car business, Steve Holsinger! He was attentive, helped me check out different models, ran numbers and understood what I was looking for as a busy working mom of soon to be 3 kids. Everyone I dealt with there was kind and helpful, and didn't pressure me into making a huge financial decision weeks before having another kid. I couldn't have imagined going somewhere else and working with other people who potentially didn't know me, my life and what I really NEEDED out of this new car. I'm obsessed with my Kia Telluride, and even my kids are refusing to eat in it (Thanks God!) because it's so beautiful. This was the BEST dealership I could have gone to for a car, and my family will continue doing business there because of Steve's guidance and reassurance during this process as well as the help of Jim Leibhart.
