Lyndsey was very friendly and helpful during our car shopping process. We arrived at the dealership around 7:30pm and did not leave until after 10pm, and Lindsey was more then happy to patiently wait a shopping process. He was very straight forward, able to answer all of our questions in detail, and went the extra step to help us out and make sure we were comfortable. They were more then willing to work with us and my concerns of changing to a new car. No matter what we wanted or asked if they didn't have the answer they got it. We took over a week to make our decision and they weren't to pushy about that. Our overall experience with them was wonderful. We bought a car from Ricart about 4 years ago and thought to try them again for this one. Usually we don't go to the same dealer twice. But both times was a very pleasant experience with them. John Thorton was our first sales rep and even know he couldn't sell the new cars this time around he also made sure that we were taken care of. Which is about and beyond his customer service requirements. Great group of guys to work with. More

I have purchased several cars from other dealers before where the sales staff was just in a hurry to make a sale. Well my experience with Don was not that way. He answered all my questions and showed me where the sales staff was just in a hurry to make a sale. Well my experience with Don was not that way. He answered all my questions and showed me the various types of cars I as interested in and explained the various features of each model. And when I agreed to purchase a car he did everything to make the processed go very smooth. Just a great experience and a very nice sales person. More
Overall, I am very pleased with the sales experience at Ricart. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and brought information concerning optional configurations that would meet my needs at a lower price Ricart. There was very little pressure to buy - especially when it came to optional services and features. That was refreshing. Everyone from the sales representative though the manager, finance official and accessories rep was helpful, friendly and efficient. My only suggestion would be for better quality control in prep of the vehicle... even so, I need to take into consideration the lateness of the purchase and the fact that the prep person was working beyond normal hours.
