I definitely recommend Ricart based on my purchase of a new Kia Soul Plus. They didn't have one with the exact color and features that I wanted in stock, but they quickly located one and had it delivered new Kia Soul Plus. They didn't have one with the exact color and features that I wanted in stock, but they quickly located one and had it delivered to the dealership within a couple of days. From start to finish the entire process was smooth, quick, and painless. We negotiated a sale price early in the process and that price never changed, even though they had to fetch my car from another dealer's inventory. Everyone was very friendly, knew what they were doing, and made the whole experience very pleasant. I can tell you from experience that Ricart and their sales associates will do everything they can to make you a happy customer. More

I went to the Ricart dealership to look at two vehicles, I went to the Ricart dealership to look at two vehicles, I only looked at them I did not drive them. I was not offered the opportunity in the Maz I went to the Ricart dealership to look at two vehicles, I only looked at them I did not drive them. I was not offered the opportunity in the Mazda sales area because they just did not get the keys and I was ignored and then abandoned while in the KIA store. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and we sat around Ricart for three and a half hours waiting for someone to do something. I left the dealership angry and without driving the vehicles I was interested in driving. Ricart sales members can call me daily for weeks to get me to come out to the dealership to check out their deals on vehicles. When I make the time to visit the dealership I get a newbie who has no idea how to sell a car or anything about the vehicle he is trying to sell me. The KIA store sales staff and internet manager Gregg Hunter emailed me and made several phone calls to me every day for three weeks. Then I am ignored when I came out to see them. Then a manager argues with me about having to wait, then tell sme that I need to stay longer because I am no allowing the sales staff enough time to do their job. He yelled at me and aggressively walked towards me when I told him I was tired of waiting. After angering me, he then asked me if he could save me some money today as I was walking towards the door to leave. It appears that sales staff and managers intentionally make customers wait for mediocre service and have no issue using intimidation tactics. More
