We bought a 2013 Kia Soul and Joe Eddy & Nicholas Sohovich helped with every step of the buying process. Thay were wonderful to work with.Two thumbs up for both of them. The only complaint I have is they never had much of a choice on the Kia Soul. They should of had at leasr 3 or 4 to choose from. Thir was nothing Joe or Nick could do about that but it would have been nice to have a choice. I love my Soul I am still trying to adjust my head to it being so small.LOL But yes I would go back to Joe or Nick again and I will recomend them . More

My Husband went to Ricart to get our other vehicle serviced and by chance went to the wrong door. That is where he meet Ed who sold us a 2013 Kia Optima. Ed was such a knowledgeable and very professio serviced and by chance went to the wrong door. That is where he meet Ed who sold us a 2013 Kia Optima. Ed was such a knowledgeable and very professional salesman. I would have to say that top notch customer service still exists and Ed is a perfect example of this. I believe customer service is not as important as it used to be for many companies recently but Ed and the other team members do this very well. More
We went to the dealership looking into buying a Kia Sorento. The sales consultant who helped us, Lindsey Burks, was really friendly and treated us very well. He was very attentive and was sincere in he Sorento. The sales consultant who helped us, Lindsey Burks, was really friendly and treated us very well. He was very attentive and was sincere in helping us, and we really appreciated all that he did for us, even though we weren't successful in getting the Sorento that we wanted. However, the Sales Manager, Jeremy Young, who came in to negotiate with us treated us very badly. As soon as he talked and said his first two sentences to us, he was unfriendly, arrogant, and judgmental, and I knew right away we weren't going to be able to buy a car. He was very insulting as well, right off the bat, and we didn't even stand a chance with him. He made us feel very small and cheap, and he thought we couldn't afford the Sorento and was uninterested in helping us or negotiating with us. And with that very bad experience, we will never go back to Ricart Kia again. I'm sure we will find our Sorento somewhere else; at another dealership where we would be treated fairly. More
