Ben was knowledgeable when it came to answering questions about the vehicles and didn't mind getting a little wet from the rain. I eventually purchased a Sportage and am enjoying it. As a business scholar at a business school, I can say for sure Pete Bonzo very well showed me a service excellence of professionalism and mindfulness. As a business scholar at a business school, I can say for sure that my assessments are unbiased and I already have recommended my fellow workers that they should look for Pete when they go to Ricard. 1. Mindfulness As an Asian customer, I had the preconception that American dealers try to rip off Asian customers. Pete really helped me to lower my guards and fully trust him. Contrary to other dealers that I've met so far, he also talked about his personal life (e.g., marriage or current events). Such a friendly relationship building helped me to lower my guard and fully trust him. Other than such conversations, while I was waiting in the lobby, he constantly showed up and showed that he is still taking care of me and my transactions. This very much made me understand why I was waiting and it did not feel long at all. Another point that I really liked on his service was that he consulted me on my trade-in. If he had not informed me, I almost had spend a ridiculous amount of $1,500 on a minor problem at another dealership. I truly appreciate his consultation. The last point that I want to mention is that he memorized my name. I know that it is very hard to pronounce Asian names. Yet, the effort that he showed, impressed me a lot -- a mindful service. 2. Professionalism First of all, as a business scholar, I was very much impressed of Ricard's agile service operation system. All transactions were very optimized and time efficient. Regarding Pete, I asked several questions that I had in mind. He very well showed a deep, sophisticated knowledge from both the technical as well as the core design concept of KIA -- Option building, horse power, steer handling, drive experience etc.. I also was very interested from my academic standpoint. I asked a few questions and his answers surprised me in the sense that he very well knew Ricard's competitive advantage. He knew that Ricard's dominance in Ohio is due to a mass sales strategy so that none of the auto dealers in Ohio could compete with Ricard directly. Another question was what the advantage of working in a family-owned business. His answer was impressive and I totally agreed with him. His answer was flexible communication and administration, and a well appraised incentive system. Everything in all I was very impressed by Pete's care and the professionalism that he showed me. I really would like to thank Pete for his kindness. If you ask him what I constantly said, his answer would be, "thank you for being nice to me." -- that's what I really said. He was very knowledgeable and confirmed our beliefs that this would be an excellent choice for us. I didn't care to deal with Jake, didn't seam to have the right personality to be in sales, and just kind of seamed frustrated that I thought I could get a better offer from another dealer, than the first offer he presented me. I showed him the competitors offer online to which the offer price was then lowered to what I thought should have been the original offer. Anyways, this is going to be a vehicle we have for a very long time, and the lifetime warranty and proximity to my home is why I chose Ricart. More

You can't find out how professional and friendly a dealership is if you've never gone there. I took the risk and it wasn't a risk, but a real pleasure. The main reason I'll be back to trade up and recommend my (huge) family is because of Jeremy Duffy. He's the best kept secret @ Ricart and I hope he's there when I trade up. They will low ball you on your trade in and are very inconsistent when it comes to proposing purchase prices. Be very careful on how you approach the car buying process with this company. More
