I found the car I wanted at Ricart for a competitive price, all the desired upgrades, and the color I preferred. Johnny Goodman provided me with basic information and a test drive. After much research, I went back to Ricart for another test drive and more questions. Jim Liebhart was able to answer all of my questions, and gave me peace of mind that I was making the right decision. After my car was washed and the brakes froze up in the cold weather, Jim even went so far to ask that I text him when I got home to make sure I arrived safely. Now that's customer service! More

From the moment Jim greeted us when we walked in until he waved us goodbye as we drove out in our new leases, he remained with us and shepherded us through the entire process. He patiently explained the various options and paid close attention to the details such as color options that we would like, features and their relative cost, and the all-important issue of remaining in our budget. He promised that we would be able to get the vehicles we wanted, and with the excellent help of Steve, his financial officer, he delivered on his promise, even when at first it seemed that would not be possible. We learned that Jim and Steve are more concerned about the needs of the customer than making the most profit fore themselves. Jim is a caring person who takes personal interest in his customers, so the relationship goes beyond merely salesman and customer. At the end of the experience we knew we had made a new friend. And we ended up with the best possible choice for us in vehicles. More

Harley Gifford was a very approachable and pleasant salesman. He was not overly pushy nor competitive and truly just wanted to help. They allowed me to go home and discuss things with my significant other before making a decision and never once tried to push me to buy a car on the spot. After coming back the next day I was in and out in 45 minutes with my new car and my payment was cheaper with full Gap insurance and their maintenance package. I am very grateful for their service and fully will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. More
